Make sure you have an FTP client installed— we recommend FileZilla.
Go to Manage Hosting and select Manage.
On the right side of the control panel, you'll find the FTP panel. To unlock FTP access, you'll need to do so either by time or IP address.
In the FTP Details section, you'll find your FTP Server (Host), Username, and Password.
Enter these details into FileZilla and click Quickconnect.

You should now be successfully connected to your web hosting via FTP.
